vol. 2 is OSHUN’s sophomore album, releasing 11/11, available for PRESAVE NOW!

The ladies of OSHUN, Niambi Sala and Thandiwe, create music, visuals, and experiences in honor of the divine feminine, carrying the name and traditions of the primordial West African deity, Ọṣun. OSHUN is an homage, expression, and embodiment of the Great Mother. Also known as Iya Niambi Salako Omiseeke & Iya Thandiwe Fatoyosi Osuntoki, the ladies of OSHUN are Iyanifa & Olosun (priestesses of Ifa & Osun), initiated in the Osun Osogbo lineage by their Oluwo Chief Oniluawoedu Alaje & Chief Agbongbon Faniyi, and their Ojugbona Iya Osunsina Alaje.

OSHUN is a sonic manifestation of Afrofuturism, creating music ranging from Hip-Hop / Soul to Spiritual. Combining digital and acoustic sounds, heavy drums and bass, and ambient harmonic textures, OSHUN has amassed a following of over a million people across social media, streaming platforms and international touring.

Their supporters span across various cultures, ages, and experiences and they’ve been recognized by Billboard, Rolling Stone, The FADER, Viceland, NPR, Essence, REVOLT, Paper Magazine and Vogue and more. OSHUN has self-released multiple cult classic projects while selling out shows and playing major festivals throughout the U.S., Europe, Brazil, and East Africa.

On the heels of their pilgrimage to the sacred Osun Grove in Nigeria, the Queens are preparing for the upcoming release of their highly anticipated sophomore album vol.2.

As the world shifts, one thing remains constant — OSHUN is here to love, nourish, and heal.
